1. Data Deletion Instructions
You may contact Aadhyant Manpower & Staffing to request deletion of personal information associated with your Candidate, Employer, Company, Staffing Partner or recruitment and staffing communications.
2. What data you may request to delete
You may request deletion of personal information you submitted, including identity and contact details, Candidate registration information, workforce requirements, Company or Staffing Partner profile information, and recruitment or staffing communication records associated with you.
3. How to submit a deletion request
Email aadhyantmanpowerstaffing@gmail.com with the suggested subject Data Deletion Request, or call +91 95867 85800.
Provide enough information to identify the relevant record, such as your name and registered, mobile or WhatsApp number. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs) or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Identity or phone verification
We may reasonably ask you to verify your identity or confirm control of the relevant phone, WhatsApp number or email address before acting on a request. This helps protect records from unauthorised deletion.
5. What happens after a valid request
After a request is received and reasonably verified, Aadhyant will review the records connected with the requester and delete or de-identify information that is no longer reasonably needed, subject to the retention considerations below. We may contact you if more information is needed to locate the relevant record.
6. Records that may need to be retained
Some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business records, security, misuse prevention, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. Any retained information will remain subject to the safeguards and purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
7. WhatsApp-related data and recruitment records
A deletion request may cover Candidate replies, information voluntarily submitted through WhatsApp and recruitment or staffing communication records held by Aadhyant. Deleting records held by Aadhyant does not control information independently processed or retained by WhatsApp or Meta under their own applicable policies.
You may also ask Aadhyant to stop future WhatsApp communications.
